My Story: Why I Created AuDacious Living Skool
At the beginning of 2023, after having navigated extreme personal challenges—including being flooded out of our home in 2021—I realized just how important the role of having a sustainable system to meet my energy and sensory needs was; and through flexible routine, I had managed to keep myself afloat when it felt like everything was too much.
I was grateful that even during low-energy times, I had the tools to be able to nourish myself and stay as grounded as possible, as I moved through changes that would affect how accessible a consistent routine was for me.
I needed physical and mental wellbeing that would be able move with life and the challenges and changes I was facing so I could protect my valuable spoons!
With over a decade of experience within the fitness industry, I’d seen firsthand how traditional approaches built upon ‘willpower’ and ‘rules’ could often cause more harm than they would help —pushing rigid plans and unrealistic ideals didn’t work for me; and they didn’t work with my clients either.
When you’re reaching for life goals which are outside of your comfort zone, or you’re facing the challenges that inevitably pop up in life - it makes a huge difference to your mental and physical wellbeing when you arrange your lifestyle to be supportive and enjoyable, rather than punishing and unforgiving.
One is energy taking, the other is energy giving.
In 2013, I started teaching courses that focus on empowering clients to build confidence and trust in themselves, their bodies, and their decisions - rather than chasing perfection and the arbitrary goals that maybe sound cool but don’t feed inner joy and the spark that makes them happen.
When you move in trust and move in confidence - everything changes.
Both inner trust and confidence are cultivated, not just a gift held by the lucky few.
That’s what we create within AuDacious Living Skool.
Fast forward to today:
My diagnosis as being Autistic (AuDHD) in late 2024 confirmed what I’d always known intuitively.
The approaches I’d developed in my personal and professional journey had honoured my unique neurodivergent needs before I had even known that was what I was doing — and now, they can do the same for others.
That’s how AuDacious Living Skool was born: a holistic framework tailored to help other AuDHD Business Owners and Professional create their version of what it is to thrive.

This deep-dive journalling exercise is where you will explore some of your current beliefs and habits, which, coupled with non-judgmental exploration (ongoing, really), is going to be what really makes the rest of the lessons within the course work.
Whilst it's super tempting to dive into the fray and start making lifestyle changes now, the most powerful impact will come from first identifying where you're at, where you've been, what you like and what you don't and what works and what doesn't.
I’ve often said that some people will do this lesson alone and it’ll spark so much clarity they will be able to create just from the awareness tapped here.

Amanda is a fitness and wellbeing course creator with 16+ years of experience in the fitness industry. She has worked with clients ranging from busy parents to high-profile professionals, and her work has been featured in Women’s Health, Women’s Running, Fit & Well, and more during her time as National PT Ambassador for Fitness First UK.
As a late-diagnosed AuDHD entrepreneur herself, Amanda’s mission is to help others like her design personalized food, movement, and lifestyle strategies that align with their unique energy patterns—so they can thrive in life and business. In her free time she like to spend time with her loved ones, go on stimming walks that are about a squillion miles long, DJ and do craft… And because she’s a multi-passionate creative, these hobbies will probably change around 4 times a year ;) and she loves that for herself.

You can revisit lessons whenever you need, and there’s no pressure to complete it within a specific timeframe. Plus, the monthly group calls and Facebook support group are always there to help you stay motivated and on track.

No special equipment or diets are required. This course is about giving you the tools to create a personalized approach to food, movement and lifestyle that works for you. What direction you decide to take will determine the equipment you will need and it’s entirely your choice. If you want to incorporate certain tools or diets you’ll learn how to evaluate whether they truly align with your needs and preferences.
